The programs committee coordinates the work of volunteer teams, who create programs for the use of the whole Imago community. The "Stage Gate" process is used, which is an industry best-practice, as set out in Procedure 8.12 and shown below

The following area is a central location where the Programs Committee can record the progress of programs through the stages.Details of each project are recorded in the Project Definition Form which should be updated at each stage of the project, with additional information added as required.
