Resources to help you market Harville's appearance on "The Oprah Show"
Harville Hendrix has recorded a show with Oprah, which features him working with a couple. The show was recorded on April 2, and will also prominently feature the new edition of "Getting The Love You Want".
Our latest news is that the show will air on April 29th. Please note that this can be changed right up to the last minute, particularly if a big news story emerges that day.

Why doesn't Harville promote Imago more on the show?
Some of you may be disappointed that Harville doesn't use the opportunity to market Imago more. However he understands that Oprah is very sensitive about being used for commercial purposes, and because he respects this he has appeared on the show 17 times over 20 years. However the show will feature the book "Getting The Love You Want" - and our experience is that this greatly increases visits to our website.
Will videos of the show be available if I miss it online?
Oprah owns the copyrights to the shows she broadcasts. Often she does make recordings of the show available for purchase, but in previous shows featuring Harville this has not occured because she does not have permission from the couple to distribute copies.
We will honor the copyright. If you miss the show, the best thing is to set your recorder for your own personal viewing.
The Basis of the Show
The show scheduled to be broadcast on April 29th is a follow-up from some previous Oprah shows. During the April 15th show, Dr. Oz travels to their home to pay an "emergency call", and raises the concern of the influence of their arguments on their 6-year old daughter. When Oprah hears their plight she decides to call in Harville Hendrix to help the couple. In the April 29th show we will hear from the couple how Harville helped them, and also hear from Dr. Oz and others, including Harville.
