IRI Board, Structure and Policies
This page is to provide key information about Imago Relationships International, its Board, structure, and policies.
Imago Relationships International is a 501c3 non-profit run by a Board of Directors, operating under bylaws which can be found as section 1.1 of our policies.
The structure of the whole organization is best represented as a circle, as shown below. The role of the Board of Directors is primarily to act as a central hub coordinating the work of many committees. Each committee head is a member of the Board ensuring that each committee is represented on the Board. Other committee members may be from the Imago Community or the Board.
The Global Membership committee has a particularly important role in this structure. This committee consists of representatives from every Imago regional group, together with some members of the board. This is to ensure that the needs of regional groups are strongly represented to the Board.
The Board of Directors employs a small team of staff to help them in their work. The team structure is shown below:
The role and responsibility of the Executive Director is laid out in the bylaws. (Policies section 1.1)
